Price update
We have recently changed the way we show prices and delivery charges on the OEM Parts Website. In the past we showed everything as an all inclusive price including Vat and Shipping. This was often perceived as being a clever way to not show the true value of the parts being purchased.
The changes now show Prices Excluding and Including Vat and Packing and Postage charges separately. Once you have added items to the Shopping Cart you can access this and gain a Shipping Quote for the Packaging and Postage costs. These are now reflective of the 3 Postal Zones within the British Isles, this allows us to accurately display information on pricing and delivery charges.
Delivery
All orders will are processed within one working day. With items held in stock we aim to dispatch them on the same working day if ordered before 12 Noon. Where we find items are not currently available we'll send you an email explaining this and try and give an accurate delivery schedule. Aftermarket Brands are generally shipped direct from the manufacturer, this turnaround is usually within 2 working days, again with items not available from stock we will email explaining this and try and give an accurate delivery schedule.
We deliver items using a number of different methods. Small items are sent using Royal Mail signed for services to enable us to track orders and provide proof and postage and delivery. We use both the First Class Recorded and Special Delivery options dependent on weight and order value. Larger items are generally dispatched via Parcel Force 24 or 48 hour services and also by Fastway and Nightfreight depending on their size and weight.
