Parts delivery Information
All prices on the site are shown Excluding and Including Vat (at 15%). Shipping is added once your items are added to the cart and you checkout, there is also a facility before you checkout to undertake a shipping quote to accurately display the costs relating to appropriately package and deliver your order.
Shipping is calculated based on an item's weight and it's value, we also take into account the materials required to ensure the item arrives with you in the condition it leaves us. On smaller low value items we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, for items of higher value we then use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For items above 2 kilos we then use Parcel Force for delivery. All of these services are appropriately priced to ensure the items arrive safely and quickly.
The New OEM Parts website also has built in the 3 Zones or Delivery the couriers used based on Postcode regions within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, appropriate shipping costs are clearly shown for each of these regions at the checkout or shipping quote stage.
We always attempt to get items to you, the customer within 2 working days from when you order, sometimes this isn't possible due to stock levels or such like, we always aim to keep you fully informed of any issues along the way.
